Makaela McLean is an accredited Marketing Strategist, Keynote Speaker, Business Owner, Lecturer of Business, Marketing Consultant and Youth Leader.

For 15 years, Makaela has delivered in the marketing sector working in marketing at large successful organisations such as Fiat, TalkTalk, LexisNexis, Nuffield Health, London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC), and Maxus. Delivering strategic marketing plans, campaigns, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimisation.

 

Makaela’s passion for business and entrepreneurship threaded together with her strong academic background has led to her desire to deliver informative engaging keynote speaking appearances to audiences of entrepreneurs, apprentices, new joiners, managers, returners and young people. Makaela’s qualifications include a Masters in Strategic Marketing, an honorary Degree in Business and Marketing, and a Copywriting Certificate awarded by the Direct Institute of Marketing, as well as an array of other supporting qualifications gained along the way.

 

Makaela’s vision to see small businesses succeed led her to start her own Marketing Company. In 2019 Makaela started Nurture Digital Marketing a nurturing, growth-focused marketing company and a specialist provider in marketing services for entrepreneurs, new and existing SME businesses.

 

Since its creation, Nurture Digital Marketing has successfully supported businesses with marketing including event businesses, removal companies, life coaches, subscription-based product businesses, and counselling practices to list a few.

 

Makaela also is an active Youth Leader who supports a growing community of young people and often delivers guest speaking and keynote appearances, on topics such as entrepreneurship, start-ups, business and motivation.
